The Mannequin Head is a creature seen exclusively in the video "This Is My House".
They can be seen attempting to hunt down the Little Girl. It is unknown why they want to find the little girl, but it is implied that something bad will happen to her if she is found.
Like most other creatures and objects in The House, the Mannequin Head was likely "collected" by the Purple Monster.

They are a giant mannequin head, they only have one eye, surrounded by a dark ring. The other eye socket is merely a dark circle.
There is a line of black paint that may be a small mouth.
They have a long neck that goes off into the darkness, suggesting some larger body.
